What is Cycle?

Cycle is a testing platform designed for reliable automated testing at any phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). By emulating normal user interactions, such as keyboard or mouse input, Cycle helps you create and execute reliable, repeatable automated software tests.

Cycle tests (called Feature Files) are written in business-readable language that non-technical personnel can understand and author. Cycle ships with Cycle MCP, an MCP server that enables AI coding agents such as Claude Code to author, validate, run, and debug Cycle tests on your behalf.

Cycle can also be used for more than automated testing. Feature Files can support training users, documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or Detailed Work Instructions, and creating e-learning to prepare for certifications such as SOX, JCC, or FDA.
